List of Public Datasets extended

Hi,

I have extended the Wiki list:
http://wiki.osgeo.org/index.php/Geodata_Discovery_Working_Group#Public_Datasets_for_Possible_Mirroring_or_Distribution

Then I have taken liberty to remove the parallel (shorter) list from
http://wiki.osgeo.org/index.php/Geodata_Repository
and simply point to above list. That's easier to maintain IMHO.

Please list more free data sets there!
