Dave,

I have taken the liberty of installing FWTools 1.0.5 for linux on the system
in /usr/local/FWTools-1.0.5.

I have also added a global bash alias called 'fwtools'.  If you invoke it,
FWTools's bin_safe directory will be added to the front of your path, and you
will run FWTools stuff in preference to other installed programs.

I'll add this to the geodata system details Markus setup as well.

I'll also proceed to build and install MapServer 4.10 beta3.  I'll leave the
"built" source for MapServer in /usr/local/src so that others can easily
tweak the configuration, and rebuild/reinstall.
