OSGeo user accounts !? Was: [Geodata] geotorrents?

Martin,

Full name is your first name + surname and is put in the "cn" field.  So
for you "Martin Spott".

Yes, the intention is that anyone can get an OSGeo account.  Once
created the accounts still need to be given specific permissions for things
like svn commit access.  But anyone can get an account sufficient to do
some things like login into drupal as a regular user, or submit and comment
on trac bugs.

In fact, currently trac bugs can be submitted and commented on by anyone
without even authenticating so as to keep the barrier to reporting bugs
low.  At some point the "trac spammers" will find us, and we will have
to change this configuration.
