Hi Markus,
 I took care of the Merano data. In fact I proposed a text for the release of
 the data and the Municipality agreed to release the data under the
 conditions we proposed, which are basically the creative commons license
 terms. All this was organised in occasion of the free software day 21007
 which took place in Merano. I attach the license text in Italian, which
 contains also a list of the data released. Let me know if you need more
 details or anything else.

 could you give us some pointers here? AFAIK you was involved in
 the Merano data release [1]
