[Geodata] Tiger Reference lists

Hi has anyone found reference lists for the various tiger fields like:

MTFCC    - I've seen cfcc_to_mtfcc.xls but this is not a list of all
            MTFCC codes and what they mean
SMID     - I'm not sure this one is useful
FEATCAT  - on edges, but appears to be empty
EXTTYP   - on edges and in one county I found:  ' ', O, M, S
TTYP     - on edges and in one county I found:  S, N
