[Geodata] Query API for Open Data - including GeoNames

hi all, as a follow up to my last post. I said we were looking at exposing OpenPOIs on mingle.io. Instead we went for the full extract of the POIs available in the OpenStreetMap, see example.

I wrote more about the reasons why we did it in our press release on the slashgeo.org portal.
