We are very pleased with this year’s  AARSE [http://www.aarse2016.org/]  event, which we participated at in October!

The international conference in Kampala, Uganda is a key event for exploring how geospatial technologies, such as satellite remote monitoring solutions, can help address the contemporary challenges Africa faces in working towards sustainable development.

The event gave us the chance to discuss the role  One Atlas [http://www.intelligence-airbusds.com/one-atlas/] and  One Tasking [http://www.intelligence-airbusds.com/one-tasking/] can play in a range of environmental applications. As announced in the plenary session, we captured satellite images of Victoria Falls and Kampala during the event, using our high-resolution Pléiades constellation. The images are now available and can be downloaded using the link below.
