[GeoForAll-SouthAmerica] OSGeo labs in Portugal

Thanks to SASIG 2015 organisors for an excellent conference. I was impressed with  the amazing breadth and depth of research and activities they are doing here. It was really great opportunity to meet many colleagues in Portugal  and request them directly to start the first OSGeo lab in Portugal this year (we will get the good news soon). 

Jeoren's presentation was very insightful and there are some ideas/lessons that we can learn in expanding education also. I hope the slides of the presentation will be made available.

My thanks to the organisors and University of Lisbon for the excellent arrangements.
