[GeoForAll-Iberoamerica] new labs from South America

Muchas gracias Sergio y a toda la red de Geo for All.  Encantados de
ser parte de esta gran iniciativa y en saber que en muchas
instituciones compartimos las misma idea de promover, apoyar  y
compartir en favor del desarrollo tecnológico con software libre. 
Estaremos atentos en apoyar  las iniciativas  de la red desde el
laboratorio de Geomática de la Universidad Nacional de Colombia.
