[Ica-osgeo-labs] OSGeo Google Summer of Code 2013

Hello all!

I would like to invite all OSGeo Labs teams to consider the 2013
edition of Google Summer of Code, with focus on OSGeo projects:

It's a Google program that funds university students for a period from
May to September, to allow them to contribute to open source projects.
OSGeo projects are participating, together with 176 open source
projects.

It will be great if the news circulates among OSGeo Labs, as many
students could be interested in participating. 
Their work can be considered part of their stage/thesis project, while
professors and assistants can participate as mentors.

All information is available on the OSGeo wiki page mentioned above,
with important links to Google rules for participation.

I hope it is of interest of many of you!
Let me know if you have questions that are not answered in the wiki
pages.
