Dear Jeff,
Thank you for the introduction.
Dear Suchith,
I've been looking with admiration into the progress of the ICA-OSGeo Labs. OGC wants to develop better training materials for understanding and using OGC standards, which is align with your goal. It was really great meeting Jeff and to discuss some ideas while at FOSS4G. I am looking forward to participate in today's telecon.
What are the logistics of the call?

Luis, excellent to have you in our educational initiative and we greatly welcome OGC participation in this initiative. We want to develop high quality training materails in geospatial education covering the whole spectrum of open source, open standards and open data themes.
You can get idea on the background discussion on this by looking at our email archives. Looking forward to your participation in the teleconference tomorrow.

Hello everyone,
One of the important side effects of the recent FOSS4G-Buenos Aires
event was that Luis Bermudez[1] from the OGC and I had a good
face-to-face discussion on building Open Source geospatial training
materials. He was very excited to learn more about the growing
ICA-OSGeo Labs Network, and wants to see how the OGC can join this
agreement, to help build easy to read OGC documentation for the student
curriculum. Luis is now a member of our mailing list, and he will
attend the online meeting tomorrow.
I'll let Luis followup here on the list, or we can discuss this in the
kickoff meeting tomorrow.
