Thanks Maria. Good points. We will have a mix of people who will have expertise in geospatial field and free and open technologies to join our Advisory Board . One suggestion i have is having one or two people from wider government policy areas, Open access (not necessarily specialising in GIS) also invited to be part of Advisory Board to give broader inputs/perspectives. Please let me know any ideas/suggestions of people who fit this category. Thanks.

Suchith

Suchith, that is an excellent idea. In my opinion the Advisory Board
has to be composed by expert on the geospatial field but also by
expert on free and open source technology, considering what we want
to develop in our labs.

Cheers.
Maria
