[Ica-osgeo-labs] labs info in wiki: please update

Dear all,

As the FOSS4G 2014 https://2014.foss4g.org/ in Portland is approaching quickly
we would like to prepare an up-to-date report on the status of the geo4all
initiative and the network of the participating labs.

So this is just a gentle reminder to update your entry in the wiki table

by adding a link to your OSGeo RELab web page and optionally
providing brief information and links to open source software, open data
or open education projects that your lab is involved in
(in the Notes column - see the examples already there).
