Dear all,

For the last two years, i have been trying to get anyone interested in our network to setup a mirror for ELOGeo but with no success so far. The two main developers behind ELOGeo (Amir, Adam) have now left us for other opportunities and main server is down but we have the full backup of the data and also Amir has kindly created a temporary version ( i can send the url to any of you who are interested in building a mirror).

I have also emailed JORUM http://www.jorum.ac.uk/ and I hope that if they are interested we can at least have a copy of the ELOGeo materials in their repository.

I will also explore if we can get a copy of the materials to GEOTHNK http://portal.opendiscoveryspace.eu/community/geothink-community-400866 or other relevant repositories.

If any of you have any ideas/suggestions please let me know as i am keen to make sure the hard work and efforts put in to develop this excellent repository lives on for the benefit of the wider community.

Best wishes,

Suchith
