I went to your website but i couldn't understand any details (as website is in Chinese). Could you please let Anne Ghisla (email- a.ghisla at gmail.com ) who is our main coordinator for Asia know more details of your university , OSGeo related work etc and she will guide you. Many thanks.

Subject: [Ica-osgeo-labs] Laboratory of China want to add to the ICA-OsGeo lab newwork

Our laboratory (located at Chang Chun, China) recently built which name is
"Geo-analysis and Geo-Simulation Lab" want to add to the ICA-OsGeo lab
network. To archive the goal, what should we do first? And, our website
(http://gislite.net) is in Chinese's language, I wonder if it must be in
English.

Yours, Bu Kun
