[Ica-osgeo-labs] GeoforAll meeting @ FOSS4G Europe 2015

Hi Suchith

Thanks for your initiative for a GeoForAll meeting at FOSS4G 2015 in
Como, Italy.
I'm planning to contribute to the conference and to attend it.
Regarding your call for thoughts/ideas it's difficult at least for me
to answer - except pointing to the news that the Swiss gov't just
approved to fully participate at H2020 :-)
My proposal is that each lab perhaps could post a research or
imeplementation proposal sketch (either to H2020 or Open Source SW
like QGIS/PostGIS) to a wiki page before the meeting.
