[Ica-osgeo-labs] "Geo for All" speaker wanted at FOSS4G Seoul

FOSS4G Seoul team can give 10 minutes lightening talk slot to "Geo for All” team at the plenary session. It will be great chance to "Geo for All” team to spread "Geo for All” spirits and activities in/around Korea and Asia.
