[Ica-osgeo-labs] Website additional functionality developments - Digital Poster Board for Student presentations from all labs and for FOSS4G events

Posters maybe should have at least one of these standard components (this
would help us inventory expertise)?

- Teaching activities/expertise; lists of courses taught
- Research or Development areas/expertise (especially for non-educational
labs)
