Thanks, reading the different scenarios today (to explain to a work college interested in participating in Geo4All) I am struck again by the paragraph asking "Should the ICA-OSGeo Labs simply be named as Geo4All-Labs". You may wish to move that out to a seperate section - as it does not help distinguish between the alternatives.
We could make a note under "resolution" indicating that the name "ICA-OSGeo Labs" should be updated to reflect which scenario os chosen by the Geo4All advisory board.
