[Ica-osgeo-labs] Third issue of G4A Newsletter

thank you for the great newsletter - it is an extremely useful resource.

When I was looking at the conferences I noticed that FOSS4G North America
is listed in February, however, the actual dates are May 2-5, see 
https://2016.foss4g-na.org - would it be possible to fix it to avoid confusion?
