[Ica-osgeo-labs] New mail lists for G4A AgriGIS and Citizen Science thematics

Dear Suchith, Didier and All,

Glad to know about the  ML and Wiki for the Geo4All AgriGIS and
Citizen Science Thematic Group.

I would like to nominate Dr. Nobusuke Iwasaki [1] as the Theme Leader
for the AgirGIS thematic group. Dr. Iwasaki has more experience than
me in this field and will be able to build an strong Team working with
Didier and others.

He has kindly agreed to accept the nomination. I would like to
welcome him to the AgriGIS Thematic group and made necessary
changes in the AgriGIS wiki [2].
