Africa is a key region for us and we need colleagues like you to collaborate and expand ideas for our HealthGIS research theme and further provide more education opportunities for students across Africa
Best wishes,

Dear Rory
May I refer you to Gavin Fleming <gavin at kartoza.com> who has a
microbiology background and Tim Sutton <tim at kartoza.com>. They have
offices around the corner from you at Stellenbosch Technopark. Many of
their projects may have an overlap with yours, especially in the field of
disaster management and OS GIS.
I develop GIS material for schools and your area of study would be a
fascinating local case study to engage learners.
Kind regards
Bridget
