[Geo4All] Call forcontributions for UN OpenGIS Initiative

Dear All

As the capacity is a fundamental basis of UN OpenGIS initiative, a
Capacity Building program under the UN OpenGIS initiative was 
established after the meeting in Brindisi.
*Your contributions are essential* for the success of the initiative, 
which may include

- Education materials such as documentation and videos on open source
geospatial software of high priority and

- Online education on open source geospatial software for UN GIS experts
of field operations

Discussing with the field operators, the open source geospatial software 
of high priority at the moment are: *QGIS, Postre**SQL, **PostGIS, 
GeoServer,******Geonode *and *OpenLayers*.
