Dear Suchith,

As you know I wasn't at my office last week. I just came back and read my
emails.

I was thinking of the Open Science Cloud proposal and wanted to inform you
that maybe I could also help.

I have participated in the EU project "School on the Cloud"
(www.schoolonthecloud.net) which is almost at the end (the project ends in
September and we will have our last Conference in Brussels in November). The
project favorites any free educational application on the Cloud across
Europe.

I will be glad to join the other members of our network.

Regards

Nikos

Hi Markus,

The full call details and elgibility criteria are at

I think this is a good opportunity for expanding Open Geospatial Science
with a casestudy example. For example OpenCitySmart can be a good usecase. We
are planning an Urban BigGeoData and OpenCitySmart Think Tank on 8th June
2016 and ideas for how we can synergise our activities with the European
Open Science Cloud is something we will discuss during the Think Tank.

Deadline for application - 15th April 2016

Suchith

PS: Chris, Patrick - will you be able to join by telemeeting atleast part of
this OpenCitySmart Think Tank on 8th June. I know the time differences will
be not be ideal but if you are able to join remotely for atleast 1 hour , it
will be very good. Thanks.

Do you know if SMEs are eligible? Didn't find that on the web site.

Best wishes,
