appearantly ther is the wish and the necessity to put the list of the 
"International Scientific Committee" members oin the website.

Here is the list:

Navarro, Moses Murimi Ngigi, Venkatesh Raghavan, Darshana Rawal, 
Habitamu Taddese, Kalum Priyanath Udagepola, Tuong-Thuy Vu, Francis 
Nyongesa Wegulo, Christian Willmes

In addition the following options should be added after "8-10 papers 
will be published in a special issue of the renowned international 
online journal Transactions in GIS [1] and/or the International Journal 
of Cartography which was recently launched [2]. The remaining papers 
will be published in the online OSGeo Journal [3].:"

In addition the publication of papers in the International Journal of 
Spatial Data Infrastructure Research (IJSDIR) [6]  and in the Spatial 
Information Research journal [7]  is under discussion.
