Dear all,

Whenever you send an announcement or invitation by email to the community I
try to get your message and put it on the newsletter for the rest of the
people to read it and correspond. 
Please, when and if you use acronyms, put the full name for the first time
because there are many people who might not know what the acronym is for and
they would not fully understand your announcement.
This might be of your benefit also because this way you might inform more
people and get them interested in your invitation.
