Great, thank you! I was thinking of a short video of you and/or your team so as to let the audience meet you which I imagine it will make a strong and positive impact in it. But the slides are a great idea too. Let's hope someone else gets motivated.

Hi all,

The Uruguayan gvSIG Community with the gvSIG Association are organizing the 2nd Open Geographic Information Technologies Conference and the 8th Latin American and Caribbean gvSIG Conference which will take place in Montevideo (Uruguay) during October 20 and 21 this year. In it I will make a presentation on GeoForAll. Taking into account that it's a Latin American event and mostly in Spanish, I thought it will be a good opportunity to promote the initiative not only in general but also for the regional groups (in this case: the South American Region Group) and the thematic ones (in this case: Spanish thematic Group). I asked Silvana and Antoni to consider including in my presentation a couple of short videos (one for each of them, 20 seconds approx.) sending greetings and an invitation to join the initiative (Antoni already accepted the invitation).  Now I will like to make a similar proposal to the Advisory Board members so as to promote the initiative in general. I will be looking forward to hearing your comments. Thank you for your attention.
