[Geo4All] Trying new Urban /Rural Planning Concepts in Uganda

There are opportunities for International Town/Urban or Rural
Planners/Researchers, Cartographers, testing new planning tools like
Big Data for planning, design, governance and decision making, working
with Local Governments in Uganda.

I can approach any local government here in Uganda if need be.
Don’t sit back and say smart cities and/or spatial geography /human
geography is not working when we can try here.
