Can a Ugandan fruit/vegetable farmer determine market demand of fresh
fruits and vegetables to prolong life span by processing them into
other products using big data or IoT ?
Or simply put, how can contemporary technology help in determining
agro-produce market demand and production level?

Is the agriculture economics, geography and politics changing as a result?
