[Geo4All] Geoinformatics field station

I am thinking of setting up a Geoinformatics field station for
testing, tools customisation and development as per needs here in
Uganda and the East Africa region (Tanzania, Kenya, South Sudan,
Rwanda and Burundi).

I need support of this field station in terms of; equipment,
buildings, and furniture.  The facility will of course be open to;
researchers, business community and students.
