Sergio, from the geoforall website it appears that geoforall south america
website is a wiki

http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/GeoForAll_South_America

and I also found this

http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Cap%C3%ADtulo_Local_de_la_comunidad_hispanohablante

the wiki is not part of the website re-development and you can
remove/change/re-organize it as needed (anybody registered with osgeo
should be able to do that).

The osgeo geoforall webpages will then link to the new wiki where needed.

As for the mailing lists I think that they are changed by submitting a
ticket to the SAC, but check the current webpage about the mailing lists it
may have the info there. Mailing lists management is not changing.
