Hi Cameron,

Many thanks. This is exactly the message I also want to get across to the policy makers. For education and capacity development , empowerment is fundamental.

Best wishes,

Suchith

Hi Suchith,

I suggest that it is worth noting that Open Source and Open Data provide
an efficient process for sharing knowledge, and strategic investment in
core tasks enables it to scale efficiently.

You can draw reasoning from our proposal to the UN for Open Source
Geospatial training:

Cheers, Cameron

It will help me prepare my ideas to share with the commission members. Thanks in advance for your help.
