[Geo4All] new labs in new website

Thanks  Jeffrey .  Will it be also possible to simplify the webform  ?  We have discussed ideas in the Advisory Board  for new labs . We wish to add a field for nomination by an existing lab or OSGeo Charter member. This is to add more peer review to the process to maintain quality control as well as inclusiveness. For example, a new lab in Malaysia or Brazil , colleagues in labs who know them (esp.  locally ) will be able to nominate them, so we know that they must be good contributors to OSGeo in the future. They will need to fill the simple form (in fact we need only the fields in the current  wiki table ). Maybe we need to simplify the form at https://goo.gl/forms/Yx0Vdpz6HvqJGvE02

This will also reduce the workload on our regional chairs and they can concentrate more on the strategic issues. All  labs should also confirm that they adhere to our principles at http://www.geoforall.org/how_to_join/

Yes, that sounds good. And we plan to migrate the form to be a
wordpress form in the website itself and can improve on it then.
