[Geo4All] new labs in new website

That is great to have direction from the advisory board. Can you make a bug
request with this information, or update the one here:

https://github.com/OSGeo/osgeo/issues/63

Helena did her best to capture what was required several months back when
meeting with Get Interactive.

For the Coordinates there are a couple of open bugs about how to represent
location. My understanding is that some geoforall labs have more than one
physical location. The idea is we will record named locations, and then
have a lab associated with one or more location.
