[Geo4All] quick request from the sys admin committee

In todays sys admin committee meeting we were looking at two issues:
- https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo/ticket/2144  redirect geoforall.org pages to
osgeo.org/initiatives/geo-for-all/ pages
- https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo/ticket/2061 Migrate GeoForAll DNS

These are blocked as we cannot reach Jason from University of Southampton.
Can anyone help us get in touch?
