It is really a hot summer in Europe and North America – in Uganda
/East Africa the climate has become horribly unpredictable calling for
more studies. Is the African savannah becoming the new tropical forest
(it raining a lot there) or worse still the new world deserts.

How are societies changing to these new realities?Is it the new
Spatial Geography, Climate Change and Policy Design?
