[Geo4All] URISA’s Geospatial Fact Sheet on Open Source GIS

I just received news about this document<https://www.urisa.org/clientuploads/directory/Documents/Committees/Professional%20Education/URISA_GeospatialFactSheet_OpenSourceGIS_Aug2018.pdf> which I found interesting. I would like to know:

  *   ?does anybody from OSGeo collaborated with it?
  *   does GeoForAll (or OSGeo) tried a collaborative relationship with URISA that eventually culminates in the signing of an MOU?

As I am far away from these type of organizations (in many ways...) maybe I'm missing something. Thank you,
