On behalf of the CSTD Chair, Vice-Minister Placido Gomez, please find attached a call for papers (in Spanish) for the XIV International Scientific Research Congress, which will be held in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, from  6-8 June 2018. 

The Congress is organised by Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology (MESCYT) of the Dominican Republic. The CSTD Chair is the President of the Congress' organising committee.

Please note that the deadline to submit proposals is 15 April 2018.
