[Geo4All] The Hatfield Digital Twin City (HDTC) Initiative - Call for postdoc applications

Call for applications: Postdoctoral fellowship term (two years)

The University of Pretoria’s Department of Architecture is inviting
post-doctoral candidates to contribute to the long-term development of the
Hatfield Digital Twin City (HDTC) Initiative. The HDTC aims to develop
a working and viable Digital Twin of the Hatfield Metropolitan Development
Node in the City of Tshwane, South Africa. The HDTC aspires to become a
living urban laboratory for research, innovation R&D and
education, building, simulating, and testing 4IR technologies, circular
economy and smart city design approaches, urban citizenships advancement,
digital governance experiments, and providing educational upskilling
and cross-training opportunities in digital environments and technologies.
