[Geo4All] Open source of WebGIS tutorial website（ http://webgis.pub ）

I built a WebGIS Chinese website (http://webgi.cn) two years ago while writing the book 'Open Source WebGIS'.
The main server-side technology used is MapServer. For the convenience of presentation, a simple static website generator was developed using Python to build a publishing website.


Later, I wanted to translate it into English and publish it to the network. During the processing, I reorganized it using Sphinx. English website launched last year (http://webgis.pub). The tutorial(website) is open source, but there are various issues that need to be addressed during the conversion process. Recently, due to server expiration and the need to change servers, some issues have been centrally addressed.
