Hi Raffaele,
I suggest the starting point for training documentation should be
the Quickstarts. They are probably the right length and depth for a
90 minute course split between multiple projects.
I agree that you would be able to cover all of them. Maybe 4 to 6.

The bonus of using the quickstarts directly will be that you have a
the chance to update the OSGeo-Live material directly, which will
improve the quality of OSGeo-Live.
Material here:

I'd suggest also watch the current discussion about OGC Standards
and training. (Copying email from Luis below)

thanks for your email. I suggest to publish all the
short-course material under a copyleft license, if possible. I
think this decision should be taken by all the authors of the
final documentation and maybe the EGU permission, if needed.
However, I suggest you to give us comments and suggestions on
available documentations, please.

I'm interested from an OSGeo-Live perspective, in
regards to the generation and collection of material for
the course, such that it can be incorporated as part of
the OSGeo-Live project.
What are your thoughts on the material generated?
Are you wanting to make it generally available under an
Open License?
Are you considering basing upon OSGeo-Live Quickstarts?
in the last weeks, it is emerging the possibility
