[geojquery] geojquery core API

If there will be a mainly stable API for OL3 after FOSS4G, I vote OL3.
For jQuery and jQuery UI I vote both for "latest stable" as people who will
someday use geojquery will have to provide these both as requirements and I
don't want them to have to download a trunk version from SVN.
