[geojquery] Current infrastructure

Hi All,

I really dislike the current infrastructure. I think we should move ASAP 
to OSGeo with a nice Trac instance. So if anyone could make this happen 
it would be great (I sadly don't have time myself).

I've also posted (as promised months ago) at the jQuery forum if it's OK 
to use the name geojquery [1]. Let's see what happens (might be 
important before a project is setup on OSGeo).

Another alternative would be to move to Github/Gitorious, though I can 
understand if the burden of learing Git is too high.
