[geojquery] geojquery is now MapQuery

Hi all,

I'd like to get the name change done as quickly as possible and then 
make an announcement (perhaps on the OSGeo page if that's possible).

Things that need to be done:
  - Changing the Gitorious repository: Worst case scenario is that we 
need to create new repos etc.
  - Changing this mailing list. We need to as the OSGeo guys know how to 
to it in a smooth way (Christopher Schmidt did the transition for 
OpenLayers from the Metacarta servers to the OSGeo ones, so he might be 
good to ask)
  - Changing all references to geojquery in the source and the wiki: 
Should be done once the Gitorious changes were made.
  - Add explaination about the name change to the wiki
  - Write the announcement (and get in touch with the OSGeo blog people 
if we can post it there)

And finally I think we should have something like a PSC, though this can 
wait after the name change, but should probably happen before the 
official announcement.

I will work on the Gitorious move, if anyone has some spare time, please 
step in and grab one time you'd like to work on.
