[geomoose-psc] FW: [Incubator] motion Passed: GeoMoose graduation

Looks like I screwed this up and did not put forward a project officer for GeoMoose as part of my Board motion.   

Bob can I assume you are being volunteered as Project Officer? It is not noted on the wiki ...
