[geomoose-psc] Fwd: RFC 6: Adopt Fiscal Agent

to adopt SharedGeo as the fiscal agent for the GeoMoose project passes.

I have contacted SharedGeo to get an exact update on our account balance to
start the creation of a project ledger.
