[geomoose-psc] GeoMoose copyright

I think this is worth discussing specifically with regards to IP
trolling.  I (personally) don't have the resources to defend GeoMoose
should the need arise and "GeoMoose.org" doesn't really exist as a
legal entity and has just been a placeholder.
