[geomoose-psc] OSGeo-Live 11.0 - which version of geomoose should be installed?

GeoMoose 2.9.3 will be the likely version for OSGeo-Live 11. It was
recently pulled into OSGeo-Live master. On the off chance there is a bug
fix release there may be a 2.9.4. I have already updated the spreadsheet.

We are also planning on reviewing the GeoMoose Overview and Quick Start for
OSGeo-Live 11.

I saw this go by on the list already, but as we depend on MapScript in
GeoMoose 2.x we appreciate PHP 5 remaining available.

We are currently working on GeoMoose 3.0 but it won't be stable and well
tested by the deadline. Although it will likely be ready for OSGeo-Live 12.
