Since I still lurk on this list as former mentor - can I recommend the
OSGeo goals <https://www.osgeo.org/about/> as a source of inspiration. Last
year teams did things like help participants attend the AGM (it is your
responsibility to report) or attend a code sprint. Lots of options since as
a PSC you look after your community in addition to your technology.
