[geomoose-psc] "A Round of Design"

I'm all about collecting any recommendations we can find. I'm open minded
to a student or recent graduate.

The idea of getting some matching funds together would be fantastic. I
agree that 3k will be a tight budget. I'd be willing to even put in a bit
of my own to help seed any matching funds.
